Now that the holidays are behind us, it’s time to talk about “stuff.” We see stuff everywhere. We buy it, organize it, insure it, and often compare our stuff to other people’s stuff. Sometimes we enjoy it, and sometimes it ends up owning more of us than we realize. The Bible actually has quite a lot to say about stuff—who really owns it, what our perspective should be, and how easily it can take hold of our hearts. We are beginning a two-part series called “Stuff,” exploring what Scripture teaches us about living wisely and faithfully with the things we have.
