Sound bites of the Savior

As Jesus carried out his ministry on earth, he said many things to many people. Sometimes the message was tailor-made for them. Sometimes the message was more far-reaching. But throughout the Bible, we see recurring themes that transcend time and place. These “sound bites” have echoed throughout history, and still find relevance in our time and our place.
We invite you to celebrate the Risen Savior this Easter, and lean in to listen to what Jesus might be saying to you. What “sound bite” will resonate the most with you? Where are you on the journey and where is God calling you to go next? Maybe He is inviting you into a relationship with him for the first time. Maybe he’s calling you back to himself. Maybe he’s calling you out of complacency. Maybe he’s calling you to turn away from harmful things in your life. The only way to know, is to ask.
In a book of the Bible called Matthew, Jesus is recorded as saying,
“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.” Matthew 7:7-8
