God created each of us unique. There is no manual for the perfect way to grow your faith. No one-size-fits-all. But there are things we can each do to move forward in our journey with God and others. Only you and God know your heart and where to go next.
Participate regularly in weekend worship
Go to a Sunday Morning Class
Attend Ward's Connection Dessert or Pizza Night
Meet with a Pastor
Get a study Bible in a translation you can easily read (i.e. NIV or NLT) Bibles are available at the media center free of charge.
Join a Small Group
Join a Serving Team within the church
Make reading the Bible part of your daily life
Practice praying or being still with God every day
Take a step toward healing with a therapist and/or a Care Group
Take a spiritual gifts assessment to learn about your spiritual gifts
Serve with one of our local partners such as CDC or CARES
Become a member of Ward Church
Practice being more attentive to people; how can you show them God's love today?
Practice being generous by giving back to God
Practice being able to tell your story of what Jesus has done in your life
Lead a small group
Talk to friends or family members who need to hear
Prayerfully consider going on a mission trip
Practice living out the fruit of the Spirit: joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control where you work, in school, with friends, etc.
Seek out those who are resistant to Christianity and lead with love
