We need people like you to help serve families in need! Forgotten Harvest happens every Monday (except holidays) at Entry 7. Volunteers of all ages are welcome—bring your friends or small group!
- Time: 8:45–10:30 a.m.
- Tasks: Sort, pack, and serve families as they pick up food.
- Check-in: Inside Entry 7 before heading outside to serve.
- Weather Note: If the “feels like” temp is below 10° F in any way, Forgotten Harvest is cancelled.
- Please fill out the form and waiver on the opportunity page by clicking Sign Up to Serve below for each person if you are interested in joining us on any Monday or you can find the corresponding event and register there. You will automatically be added to the Forgotten Harvest Group so you can sign in at the kiosk inside Entry 7.
Need Food?
If you or someone you know is in need, food is available.
- When: Mondays, 9–10:30 a.m. (or until food runs out).
- Where: Entry 7 at Ward.
- Arrive Early: You may park and wait in line as early as 7 a.m. and we recommend joining the car line no later than 9:30 a.m.
- Pick-Up Only: We do not deliver or hold food. If you cannot come, you are welcome to coordinate with a friend to pick up for you.
About Forgotten Harvest
Ward is grateful to partner with Forgotten Harvest, which distributes 144,000 lbs. of surplus food daily to local charities. Each week, we serve about 350 families, helping provide fresh and nutritious food free of charge. In 2024 alone, we received 42 million lbs. of food to redistribute.
