When you call 248-374-7400, you’ll first hear these options:

• 3 – Dial-by-Name Directory

• 4 – Department/Ministry Menu (see below)

• 7 – Immediate Pastoral Needs: Leave a message for our Care Department (for crisis situations)

Option 4 – Department/Ministry Menu:

• 1 – Care Ministry: Funerals, counseling referrals, hospital visits

• 2 – Family Ministry: Kids, Students, and Young Adults

• 3 – Outreach Ministry

• 4 – Playscape or ReNu Coffee

• 5 – Ward Preschool, Be ME Center, or Shine Summer Day Camp

• 6 – Account + Contributions Help: Ward Church username/password or financial contribution questions

• 7 – Business Administration Office: Accounts payable, finances, and general business inquiries

• 8 – Campus Services: Facility questions or non-playscape rental inquiries

Regular office hours are Monday–Thursday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Calls received on Friday will be returned the following week.
