This support group is designed to help people process, heal and live with existing depression and anxiety. During these times, depression and anxiety are normal stressors. We want to give you the skills needed and a holistic view of these mental health issues. Would you consider joining us, or inviting someone who you know could benefit from this type of support. The cost is free and it will be led by a licensed professional counselor. Childcare is available.
Class structure
First half of class: Lecture by Jean El-Fakhoury. Jean comes with over 20 years of counseling experience and a desire to honor God by helping others who struggle with anxiety and depression.
Second half of class: Divide up into small groups for informal discussion, check-ins and group support.
Our amazing volunteers and Counselor have decided to resume the group in the Spring of 2025 and will be taking a break in the Fall of 2024.
The workshop is for anyone struggling with anxiety and depression.
