The Power of Everybody | October 15- November 19

The Book of Nehemiah provides a powerful lesson on leadership and on what can be accomplished when everyone works together. God can rebuild communities, families, and individuals and is looking for people to join him in His restorative work. It rarely happens overnight. Sometimes miracles happen brick by brick.

We believe at Ward that if we all seek God’s call, if we all confess our sins individually and corporately, if we all labor in some kingdom purpose, if we all make and keep commitments to live the Bible, we will be different, our church will be different, and maybe our community will be different.

We have a simple request to make for this all-church study to be a success: Read through the Book of Nehemiah with us. It is only 13 chapters long. Let’s all read Nehemiah over the next 40 days. You can find this reading guide and daily devotion at; Restart: Stepping Out in Faith (bible.com).

The same reading plan with devotional comments can be found in the YouVersion Bible App and in the group participant guide. You can search for “Restart: Stepping Out in Faith.” (bible.com) You can also find it by searching, “Nehemiah.”

Join us for this all-church study and begin reading today! We can’t wait to study Nehemiah with you!
