2018 Annual Meeting of the Congregation + Town Hall

Official Call of Meeting
Session has called the Annual Congregational Meeting for Sunday, June 10. The meeting will be called to order at 9:30 a.m. and will take place during both worship services, with most official business happening between 12:00 and 12:30 p.m. in the Sanctuary. Celebration Sunday
June 10 will be Ward’s End-of-Year Celebration Sunday. In our worship services, we will reflect and give thanks for all that God has done in and through our church this past program year and we will anticipate His work in the coming year. These special worship services will include stories of faith, prayers of thanksgiving, and a sermon of hope for the new year. Worship services meet at their regular times: 8:00; 9:30; and 11:00 a.m. At 9:30 and 11:00 a.m., the Classic Service and the Modern Service will worship together in the Sanctuary.

Town Hall
A “Town Hall” meeting will be held Wednesday, June 6, 7:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary. The annual budget will be presented and discussed. An update from our Land Use team will be given. Highlights from the year will be celebrated, and prayers for a new year will be offered.
