As Pam Dodge transitions into retirement, we celebrate her 35 years of service to Ward Church. Meanwhile, the search committee for the Pastor of Spiritual Formation and Care has been hard at work. The Pastor of Spiritual Formation and Care is responsible for guiding, equipping and coaching people in the areas of spiritual formation, group life, and care. This full time role provides oversight to the appropriate departments and staff with a passion to lead generations to live and love like Jesus.
We’re pleased to share that Sean Carroll has accepted the call of Assistant Pastor, serving as the Pastor of Spiritual Care and Formation. Sean brings with him a Master of Arts in Counseling and Master of Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary. His experience as a family pastor with a background in counseling and youth work will be an asset to the team. Sean, his wife and six children will be relocating to Michigan from Missouri in July. Please keep the Carroll family in your prayers as they transition to a new state, a new church family and a new ministry role. We’re looking forward to introducing him to you soon.
