Our Sunday morning large group/small group experiences for Kindergarten-5th grade focus around these three truths:

• I need to make the wise choice

• I should treat others the way I want to be treated

• I can trust God no matter what

WardKids grow in friendships with God and each other through consistent small groups and mentors. Large group includes worship and creative storytelling, games and inspiration. Each month, we focus on a virtue and look at those in Scripture who are examples of godly attitudes and behavior.

Kindergarten – 5th grade groups meet during both our services on Sundays in our Elementary Wing.

Girls in grades 1-6 meet on Tuesday evenings 7-8:30 p.m., September through May, in the Elementary wing of Ward Church Northville for this club activity. This club and small group mentoring program includes Bible lessons, crafts, games, learning activities and fun. It’s a great way for girls to grow relationships with peers and women. At the beginning of every year, Ward Church invites 4th through 8th grade students to participate in the Next Steps class. Participants learn about baptism, communion, and growing in faith in a six-week class. Children attend with their parent or other adult.
