Come to me, all who are weary and heavy laden
Peace on earth, goodwill toward all people. Doesn’t that sound wonderful? We are so excited to welcome you to celebrate Christmas with Ward, when we remember the moment Jesus entered our world. When He fulfilled these very promises and gave us the best gift of all – the hope of reconciliation with God and people, and joy to the world. We all need some peace and goodwill. Rest and happiness. Hope for tomorrow. Come join us as we press into joy this holiday season.
Advent Sermon Series:
God, Grant Me…
Throughout the Advent season, we will consider the Serenity Prayer. We’ll reflect on how the aspects found in this timeless poem can be seen in the lives, and through the actions, of those who have a part to play in the Nativity story.
Join us in person or online on three special Advent Sundays, Dec. 5, 12 + 19, at 9 a.m. for our traditional service and 10:30 a.m. for our contemporary service. Our services are rebroadcast online at 2 p.m. (traditional) and 4 p.m. (contemporary). Learn more about our Sunday services, children’s and adult programming and more at our Together Again page.
