Do you want a fun, summer job that also makes an impact in the lives of kids? Then, apply to be a camp counselor at Shine Day Camp!
Shine Day Camp runs Monday-Friday from June 27 – August 18, from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. It is open to children currently in Kindergarten through 6th grade (2021-2022 school year). We are looking for counselors who are 18 and older. We are looking for people with:
- A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and evidence of a personal Christian testimony.
- Hands on experience in children’s ministry and/ or children’s development.
- A love for children and their families.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Counselors must also complete the day camp staff pre-training, including first aid/CPR for children, and successfully complete the required background checks. Interested? Email jon.long@ward.church.
