Here at Ward, we think membership is a good thing. We believe that God would have His people who have committed their lives to Him also commit to a local group of believers called the local church. We feel so strongly about this call that we encourage everyone who attends Ward regularly to consider becoming a member.
Just getting to know Ward? The Connection Dessert is the best place to begin. After that, membership at Ward is a two-step process that begins by attending our DNA class.
Our Ward DNA class is three weeks long and is offered on Sunday mornings, 11:00 am-12:00 pm in our Hub Meeting Room. Topics covered include: who is God; who are we; what has Jesus done for you; sharing your story; spiritual gifts and your role in God’s kingdom.
After completing the DNA class the final step is to attend our Membership class which is held on a Saturday morning. Topics covered include: What it means to be Presbyterian; How Ward is structured; Membership commitments.
We hope you will consider becoming a member of Ward and make a difference together for the cause of Jesus Christ.
