This class uses The Daniel Plan book, by Pastor Rick Warren, Dr. Daniel Amen, and Dr. Mark Hyman. It is centered on five essentials that will launch your journey to health: faith, food, fitness, focus, and friends. This practical lifestyle program, designed to help you achieve health in every area of your life is a gracious approach, encouraging you to take things one step at a time as you move steadily toward better health. It’s about abundance, not deprivation, and this is why the plan is both transformational and sustainable. The most important benefit is that you will develop the energy necessary to fulfill your God-given mission here on Earth.
