Keenagers is a group of people, 55 and older, who plan local excursions to exciting attractions around Michigan. We welcome you to join us on Thursday, October 27, as we have the privilege of going to the Detroit Institute of Arts to view the Van Gogh in America exhibition, which celebrates the DIA’s status as the first public museum in the United States to purchase a painting by Vincent Van Gogh.
On the 100th anniversary of its acquisition, this exclusive exhibition includes over 70 works from private and public collections around the world, and the captivating story of America’s early introduction to this iconic artist. The DIA is the exclusive venue in the United States for this exhibition. A luncheon at Mario’s will precede our visit.
Please arrive at the church, entry 6, at 10:30 a.m. Cost for the day is $55.00. This trip is limited to 56 people.
