The United Nations defines human trafficking as the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harboring, or receipt of persons by improper means (such as force, abduction, fraud, or coercion) for an improper purpose including forced labor or sexual exploitation. It takes on many forms today. In a ranking of states with the highest number of reported human trafficking cases, Michigan is #2.

Join us to learn more about this issue, both globally and locally, and what you can do to support the fight against human trafficking. Speakers include Jeff McKinley, Executive Director and Alex Miller, Field Operations Director of Not Abandoned, an organization whose mission is to intervene in the sex industry and provide practical options and accessible programming to victims and families.

Childcare is available for birth through age 12 with advanced registration only.

Please complete separate registrations for each adult attending. This will help us get an accurate count for room set-up purposes.
