Ward Church programs are back for the fall!
There’s so much happening at Ward Church this fall and we welcome you and your family to join in on the fun, learning and growth we are believing for in this new season. Check out what has launched and sign up to participate!
Sunday Morning Groups: Sunday morning groups are similar to Sunday School for adults. Classes range by life stage and topics. Choose from classes at 8, 9, 10:30 and 11:30 a.m. No need to register! Check out when and where they meet!
Tuesday Women’s Groups: The Tuesday morning groups for women will meet you wherever you are in your spiritual journey or stage of life, all women are welcomed to join us as we seek to connect the dots between life and faith. Learn more and sign up!
MomsNEXT: MOMSnext is a group specifically designed to meet the needs of moms with school-age children. We are entering a time of life where God wants us and our kids to thrive. Let’s do this, together! The next season of MomsNEXT starts in October. Register today!
Professional Women’s Group: If you are a working woman (working for an employer, self-employed, etc.) we invite you to join a group of Christian women, who want to learn from each other and grow in their careers! They meet the 1st Thursday of the month from 6:30-8 p.m. Come on out!
WardStudents: All students grades 6-12 are invited to come hang out every Wednesday. Fun games, good tunes, great teaching and a more, much more! Check out their Facebook page! In addition to Wednesdays, we also offer a Sunday morning Middle School class at 9 a.m. in the Students Room (grades 6-8).
WardSingles: Single Christians, and single people exploring their faith in God, have a need for connection with like-minded people where they can make friends, grow as individuals, and have fun. Ward Singles is a community of Christians who seek to support one another while living and loving like Jesus. Join them for weekly Bible study on Wednesday nights. Learn more!
DivorceCare: The fall program has resumed on Thursday evenings from 7 – 9 p.m. At DivorceCare groups, people in separation and divorce find tools, teaching and support to help them deal with their pain and give them hope for the future. Learn more and sign up.
Potter’s Wheel: This group for developmentally challenged adults is led by trained, caring leaders. Come on Sundays mornings to Chapel Suite 3 at 10:30 a.m., led by Bethany Crane. Participants enjoy individual attention in a class featuring music, engaging Bible lessons, prayer time, occasional crafts and special events. Learn more.
Senior programming (65 and older): If you’re looking for companionship, spiritual growth, or places to serve – you are in the right place. We are a group of people doing this next season of life together! Check out all we have to offer for those 65 and older. Learn more!
Grief to New Hope Workshop: If you or someone you know is grieving the death of a loved one, consider attending this free 8-week workshop presented by New Hope Center for Grief Support, a Christian-based bereavement outreach center. You can choose to join either online or attend in-person (indicate which format you’ll choose when you register). Learn more.
Pioneer Girls: Pioneer Girls Club is a Christ-centered and Bible-based club program for girls in grades 1-6, meeting on Tuesday evenings in the Elementary Wing of Ward Church from 7-8:30 during the school year. Learn more and sign up.
