Has your grief left you feeling overwhelmed? Or, at times like you might be going crazy? Have you felt all alone with your grief?
Are you angry at God or questioning your faith? Are you riding an emotional roller coaster?
If you’ve answered “yes” to any of these questions, consider attending a From Grief to New Hope workshop. Participating in this workshop will provide you with an opportunity to share with others in a supportive environment and learn how to deal with all the emotions of grief. Being able to recognize what “normal” grief feels like and sharing your grief story with others who understand helps you work through the pain of grief and begin to look toward a future of hope.
GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone.
This group meets weekly and newcomers are welcome to join at any time. Weekly topics:
- The Grief Journey
- Pitfalls Along the Path of Grief
- Feeling The Pain
- But I’m Not Angry!
- Holidays & Other Special Days
- My Family’s Not the Same
- Letting Go of the Pain
- Moving Forward with Hope
