ESL Fall Conversation Groups, starting September 19

Fall Schedule: September 19 – November 14

Many different people from around the world come to the Metro Detroit area for many different reasons. While many can speak some English, rarely is it their native language. These people often need opportunities to come and meet in groups, to practice English, while also having an opportunity to make friends and grow their network.

The diverse nature of the Farmington Hills community introduces a lot of opportunity for reaching people who would benefit from an English as a Second Language Conversation Group. Ward Church Farmington Hills offers three yearly sessions consisting of nine weeks each: Fall (Sept.-Nov.), Winter (Jan.-March), and Spring (April-May).

Fall class schedule (held at the Farmington Hills campus + online):

• Tuesdays, 9/19/23 – 11/14/23. Class format is hybrid (online via Zoom + in-person): 6:30-7:30 p.m.
• Wednesdays, 9/20/23 – 11/15/23 (in-person only): 1-2 p.m.
