Samuel 1: Following God in Stressful Times: Stress and change are a part of everyone’s life, like it or not. This study will focus on the lives of three men – Samuel, Saul, and David as they lead Israel through the difficult transition from 12 independent tribes to the formation of a united monarchy. These men lived out their lives where we live it, in situations of change and doubt where the best course of action is not always clear and even when we see the best course, we do not always take it. A study of their lives and what they learned about God will help us as we struggle with life and attempt to make sense of it. Our goal will be to learn from their failures as well as the things they did right.
This Bible study is open to everyone, no matter where you are in your spiritual journey or stage of life. It is designed to help you grow in your relationship with God and give you practical, biblical perspectives on life, family, and work. We start with large group teaching (9:30-10:30 am) that examines the text verse by verse, followed by optional small group time (10:45-11:00 am) to challenge, support, and encourage one another.
Materials: $4 for Bible study materials; $2 for optional binder
How to participate: You can sign up for one of two different groups. First group will meet in-person. The second group will meet together separately via Zoom. See the separate registration buttons below and complete the form for the group you will be a part of.IN-PERSON REGISTER

Revelation 4-22 – Unveiling the book of Revelation: Revelation is the only book in the Bible that begins and ends with the promise of a blessing to those who read, hear, and heed the words of its prophecy—a prophecy which must take place. Revelation also closes with the assurance that the words of this prophetic book are faithful and true. The focus of Revelation Part 2, chapters 4-22, is the end times. Through careful observation of the text, discover exactly what God says will take place.
If attending online, Zoom link will be sent via email the week before our first meeting.
Materials: $27 workbook must be ordered separately. Order the book today.REGISTER

We are a group of women of various ages and walks of life, long time believers and those still seeking out their faith. Our time consists of large group discussion of the previous week’s lesson, video teaching and small group discussion on current teaching. Workbook study at home helps to grasp a broader understanding of the lesson covered. We will cover two studies this term:
- Study 1: “Seamless – Understanding the Bible As One Complete Story” by Angie Smith. This study runs September 14-October 26. “Seamless” covers the people, places, and promises of the Bible, showing participants how the entire Bible – from Genesis through Revelation – connects as one beautiful, seamless thread. Each week of study features key information that ties all of scripture together into the seamless truth of the gospel message and is accompanied by maps, general Bible facts, and word studies.
- Study 2: “Psalm 23 – The Shepherd With Me” by Jennifer Rothschild. This study runs November 9-January 18 (there is a 3-week break for Christmas/New Year). Many women know Psalm 23 by heart but haven’t experienced its power in their lives. This beloved Psalm can breathe new life into women who are weary and unsure of their next steps. It’s more than a Psalm that comforts in death; it gives confidence in life. Explore the depths of God’s compassionate care while debunking the self-reliance myth. Learn how your vulnerability is not a liability because you can trust the Shepherd’s goodness throughout each season of life.
Materials: Accompanying workbooks for each study are $15 each and will be used to provide for a personal study experience as well as in our group discussion time, plus viewer guides for the group video sessions. You may purchase the accompanying study workbook at the following online retailers:

This is a group for moms of kids from birth through elementary school. In the Moms Group you will find women that understand your struggles and encourage your walk with Christ. Raising a child is difficult regardless of how old you are. Join us as we grow our faith together.
We will study “Grace Based Parenting Part 1: An Atmosphere of Grace” by Tim Kimmel. Too much of today’s Christian parenting is based on fear: fear of the world, fear of America’s current culture, fear of other parents’ and the church’s opinions. Grace-based parenting, on the other hand, relies on God’s love, replicates His forgiveness and commitment to His children, and displaces fear as a motivator for every behavior.
Parents can expect to go away with a blueprint for building confident, courageous, and cooperative kids. Grace Based Parenting will show them a grace-based, character-driven model to nurture well- rounded and loving kids—and have a great time in the process!
Materials: The accompanying workbook is $12 and will help you follow along with the teaching and scripture shared in the sessions and provides discussion questions, supplemental reading and activities, and personalized action steps that you commit to take. Study 1: “The Quest: An Excursion Toward Intimacy with God” by Beth Moore, runs September 14-October 19. Curiosity is hardwired in humanity. We have this need to question and seek after what we don’t know or understand. In this study, we will delve into Scripture to explore how God created us to seek after Him—a God who desires to be found and known. Take comfort in remembering this world is only a temporary stay until we reach our heavenly home and understand that questions are inherent and essential to growth. In this lifelong quest of faith, learn to develop your intimacy with Him and embrace the adventure that comes with living a life for God.
Study 2: “What Love Is – The Letters of 1, 2, 3 John” by Kelly Minter, runs October 26-December 14. The Letters of 1, 2 & 3 John were written to encourage followers of Jesus to remain faithful to the truth. This study not only reveals the heart of John but also the heart of Jesus. We will discover the heart of Jesus and be challenged consider walking in the light instead of darkness, truth versus lies and deception, loving God more than loving the world, and the meaning of true fellowship and community rather than shallowness.
