Sundays

Infants and toddlers receive care and play during the Sunday worship services at both our Northville + Farmington Hills campuses. Care is also available for special services and many special events. WardKids ministry staff oversee a team of screened volunteers during services, and paid workers provide care for evening events.

Our nursery housekeeper launders bedding and blankets after each use, and sterilizes toys, spaces and supplies. Parents are notified via text messages if a child needs attention.

What is the check-in process?

Parents will be asked to complete a registration/information form, and are signed up for text message alerts in the event they are needed. Space is provided in the nursery area for car carrier seats or strollers. Parents are asked to provide a diaper bag supplied with extra diapers, bottles and/or clothing.

Who is working with my child?

All of our volunteers are females who have completed a “Ministry for Minors” application, and are screened with authorities for the protection of your child.

What if my child has a special need or medical concern?

  • A text message will notify you in case of an emergency, illness, or need.
  • “Special handling” stickers are available – please use on your child for any alerts, such as allergies or medical concerns.
